Kazufumi Takahashi

Kazufumi Takahashi

Chief Development Officer

Mr. Takahashi holds a B.A. in Politics and Law from Keio University, Tokyo. He began his career at Itochu Corporation in 1997, spending over a decade in brand marketing before moving into solar business development, where he led the IPO of Scatec Solar on the Oslo Stock Exchange. He subsequently joined Japan Wind Development Co., Ltd., progressing from Kyushu Branch Manager to Deputy General Manager, where he directed bid submissions for the 415MW Noshiro and 730MW Yurihonjo offshore wind projects. Since 2022, he has served as Country Head, Offshore Power Japan at Shell Energy Asia, leading Japan's offshore wind strategy and team. He brings over 12 years of renewable energy business development experience across solar, onshore, and offshore wind.

Dario Tarquini

Development Director

Mr. Tarquini holds a Master of Engineering in Sustainable Energy from RMIT, Melbourne, and a Master of Engineering in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Pisa. He began his career at Exemplary Energy as an Engineer Resource Coordinator and Data Analyst, delivering solar, weather, and climate data sets for national energy modelling. In 2023, he joined Blue Power Partners, progressing from Acquisitions Engineer to Acquisitions & Development Manager, where he directed due diligence across a 1.75 GW Australian pipeline and a 200 MW wind portfolio in Japan. Since January 2025, he has served as Senior Acquisitions & Development Manager, leading the company's market expansion strategy in Japan. He brings deep technical expertise across wind, BESS, and pumped hydro project development.

Nikos Chrysafis

Commercial Director

Mr. Chrysafis holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy and Environment from Cardiff University, Wales, and an MEng in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Thessaly, Greece. He began his career at Vattenfall A/S in Copenhagen through a two-year graduate program in thermal engineering, followed by a role as Specialist in Cowi A/S's Thermal Energy Department. Since 2014, he has served as Senior Consultant, New Technologies - Power Generation at Ramboll Energy, where he has led feasibility studies for hybrid power plants and served as a key specialist in energy storage solutions and technical due diligence. He is IPMA certified, with over a decade of experience spanning new-build, retrofit, and O&M energy projects.



Megumi Onose

EPL Specialist

Ms. Onose began her career in customer-facing and administrative roles across the cosmetics and medical device industries before transitioning into renewable energy project development in 2017. She has since built extensive experience in environmental impact assessment and stakeholder engagement across solar and wind projects, including a five-year tenure at INFLUX Inc., where she managed EIA processes for three offshore and one onshore wind project from early-stage assessment through community consensus-building and permitting. Her expertise spans environmental survey management, permit and government relations, and coordination with engineering and community relations teams. She is proficient in QGIS and has completed specialized training in consensus building at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. She currently serves at AMP-lify Co., Ltd., managing project development for PV projects.

Wen Zhe Law

Development Manager

Mr. Law holds a Master's degree in Mechanical System Engineering from Kumamoto University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He began his career at Toshiba Corporation as a Project Engineer, where he led construction planning and commissioning of 1000MW-class thermal power plants across Asia and the Americas, including serving as Assistant Site Manager on the USD 2.8 billion Jimah East project in Malaysia. He subsequently joined Wartsila as a Field Services Engineer, specializing in maintenance and commissioning of large-scale marine engines. Since December 2021, he has served as WTG Engineering Manager at Iberdrola Renewables, managing the design, supply, and commissioning of wind turbine generators for large-scale offshore wind projects. He is multi-lingual, with a career spanning thermal, marine, and offshore wind engineering across Asia, North America, and Central America.
